Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley is one of the richest and most well-known Reggae Singer who was born on the 26th of February 1976, in Falmouth Jamaica. He starred in the cult classic film Shottas alongside another artist Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani, who signed with Shang Records for his 1996 debut album Like Father Like Son album and singles like Judge Not (with Patra), Dear Dad", (which was the number one British reggae single) and Who The Cap (remix), Sensimelia and more all added to the increasing recognition for his new generation reggae music. Ky-Mani, along with Praswell as well as Fugees (as part of Avenue) is a huge rendition of a cover by Eddy Grant called Electric Avenue was released in 1997. Marley became the first artist to play at Midem in Miami the world's largest showcase of musical talent. At the Cameo Theatre Marley performed a set which was aired live on the Caribbean News Agency to 36 nations. Marley was involved at the center of a bidding contest. He joined Gee Street/V2 Record.
